We consider Coaching not only an innovative methodology with tools or an expanding discipline, but a philosophy of life through which to look at and interpret people and the organization itself, by assessing it as a changing, resilient organization that offers a space for continuous learning, adaptation to change and development of its members, promoting both individual change and generalized organizational change that will have a positive impact on the achievement of results for both.
Organizational Coaching aims to accompany people and organizations in the development of their competencies to achieve the desired strategic challenges. Organizational Coaching is also responsible for enabling the leaders of the organization to develop capacities so that they learn to drive and lead their teams within the environment in which the organization finds itself.
Therefore, the Specialization in Organizational Coaching degree aims to train professionals in the discipline of Coaching applied to the organizational sphere, through the development and consolidation of their competences and skills as a leader-Coach essential for the management of people and teams. It delves into the different useful and necessary tools to obtain improvement results in the development and accompaniment processes carried out in organizations by leaders, middle management and teams, and so serve as a driver and engine of change to build on the loyalty of the organization's internal talent, as well as to promote business results.
The Specialization in Organizational Coaching program also promotes the personal development of the students who study it, by helping them train and develop their key competencies as coaches in line with the ethical and professional standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The Organizational Coaching program is aimed at professionals from any area of business or consultancy with experience in people management.
Professionals from the field of Coaching who want to complete their training in the most representative methodologies of this specialty, as well as develop the skills and competencies necessary to acquire the business language that will enable them to work with managers.
Managers who want to improve their skills to effectively manage their teams.
Organizational psychologists, as well as professionals dedicated to the selection, recruitment, and training of personnel.
Diploma
Successful completion of the Program will award the degree of Specialization in ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING as issued by the University where the student has enrolled.
Program Structure
The credit structure of the Organizational Coaching program is shown in the following table. It should be noted that the duration is merely indicative, as the methodology followed integrates the knowledge and skills to be acquired in each part through integrative exercises of knowledge acquisition and internalization of project practices:

a. The equivalence in credits may vary according to the university where he/she has enrolled. One (1) ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credit is equivalent to 10 + 15 hours. If the student is enrolled in a university that does not belong to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the relation between credits - hours may vary.
Duration
The program in Organizational Coaching has 41 credits.
The duration of the program in Organizational Coaching varies between 9 and 12 months, depending on the student's dedication. In this period of time, the student must have successfully passed all the evaluated activities and approved the Final Project, if any.
Objectives
General Objective
- To train professionals in the discipline of Coaching applied to the organizational field through the development and consolidation of their competencies and skills as a leader-Coach essential for the management of people and work teams. It delves into the different useful and necessary tools to be able to accompany and obtain improvement results in the development and accompaniment processes carried out in organizations for both leaders and teams to serve as an engine of change.
Specific Objectives
- Identify and understand the role and identity of the Coach within the organizational environment and the important contribution that they represent during the Coaching process.
- To develop the appropriate competencies and tools as a leader-Coach, essential for the management of people and teams within organizational settings, such as: active listening, direct and effective communication, awareness, reflection, recognition, flexibility, self-knowledge, and motivation.
- Acquire and develop an assertive, inspiring, and influential leadership style that favors the development of employees and their alignment with the values and objectives of the organization.
- To achieve a systemic vision of the organization and identify its strengths and areas of improvement that serve as a driver for change.
- Design and implement projects of organizational change, development, and transformation aimed at achieving results, co-creation of awareness, and conflict resolution at the organizational level.

These subjects, despite being independent, are structured according to a consistent pedagogical order. Each subject is divided into basic topic units or chapters. A printed version of the content is offered for the student to successfully complete the evaluation tasks.
- 2nd PART: FINAL COURSE PROJECT
In the case of the Specialization, Postgraduate, or Expert, the last phase of the Program will be devoted to the development of the Specialization Final Project, which is a monograph on a topic studied during the course and applied to the student's environment.

2nd PART: FINAL COURSE PROJECT
The Final Course Project consists of developing a research work in the field of the Specialization that demonstrates the integration of the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the study plan.
The gestation of the Final Project may begin in parallel to the study of the Program subjects in accordance to the student’s convenience and availability. However, it is advisable to dedicate the last three months of the program to the project’s preparation and final drafting. In addition, the work will be supervised by a professor-tutor whose assignment will depend on the chosen topic.
